Information Security

Safeguard Your Members, Your Assets and Your Reputation

Firewalls, Web sites, Internet Banking – these and many other systems present unique security challenges. You rely on technology to improve performance, but the more you automate, the more vulnerable data can become to unauthorized users. The potential financial losses and public relations damage of a security breach are staggering.

BTG will create a customized Information Security Program for your financial institution. We’ll identify and resolve vulnerabilities and create the technical, physical and administrative safeguards required to secure your information assets.

Security Assessments

To protect your information assets, BTG helps you to understand the risks your financial institution faces, develop appropriate security policies, and configure your technology infrastructure to protect critical information and systems.

Vulnerability Analysis

Through a Network Vulnerability Analysis (NVA), BTG thoroughly reviews the weaknesses in your external and internal networks -- areas where unauthorized users can compromise confidential information or crash systems. We recommend improvements to your infrastructure, business processes and technology to safeguard your network.

Security Policies and Procedures

BTG develops comprehensive security policies to eliminate vulnerabilities. BTG's Security Policies and Procedures Manual, customized for your financial institution, is your team's guide to maintaining the highest level of security possible across all critical systems.
